First, Thank jiang老師 so much for H-1B extension DIY.

I am going to file 485 this week. I have a question about Part3 Question A:

Have you ever before applied for permanent resiudent status in the U.S.?

My answer is Yes. I wish I would have not filed I-140 EB2-NIW and I-485 rush together in Sep.,2005. Since my eb2-niw case was not strong enough in the third judgement (lack of citation), my case was denied and also 485 denied too.

How to answer this question in Part3? What should I type in the Form. Please give me sample.

[x] yes Petition filed with VSC on mm/dd/yyyy was denied.


In fact, my I-140 PERM just approve last month, should my old case affect my current 485 filing.
