1。 給配偶的PACKGE 裏，I -130 說 需要填G-325A 給配偶和我自己。 哪給父母的
呢？我也需要提供我的G325A 嗎 還是隻要他們自己的？

What should I check? Should I check "other" and write I -130 petition since
I am filling I-130, G325A, I 485 together?
3. Can I file all applications (I 130, I 485, I 864, I 765, I 131) in one
package to Chicago office?
Some people in this forum mentioned that we should never file I 765 and
I 131 together. Is it true? if I have to file them separately, should I
attach any doc along with these form? If it is not true, 如果131/765和485一
起遞交的話，都需要哪些材料？ 還是就一張表就行了？ 因為485已經有所有的supporting
material?

My hu*****and is using OPT now and his H1 will start on Oct, 2007 Should I
check ‘Y’?
What is the date he should file out in? Approve date or starting date?
My friends lawyer said that we should check ‘N’ since we are not "renewing
the employment authorization" we instead are applying for the EAD card based
upon the I-485 petition.

I filed my mother's name in my dad's application and dad's name in my mom's
application. But should I check''Y' for "applying with you" ? I have filed
separate application for my parents. and I should file separate application
for them, right?
