Good or bad news?

My I-140 was processed in VCS. (filed in Nov. 2002).

A notice was sent to me at the old address and was returned to CIS as a undeliverable mail.

They are now requesting me toupdate my address so that the notice can be re-sent to me. But actually I have already updated it just after I moved. Of course, I need to update again.

Currently I can not know the notice is an approval or a request of more evidence. Does anyone here know it is more likely an approval or request of move evidence?
