EB2 的 140 已批準。PD 是 2007年8月。I485已交。是基於EB2的。
EB3 的PD是2004年1月，140 還未申請。
請問有必要繼續申請EB3的140，再做派Priority Date CarryOver嗎？

was your eb2 pd aug/07, or typo, should be aug/06?

i don't think october's cutoff date would be later than aug/06.

however, if your eb3 140 is approved, then you'll have eb2 with a Jan/04 pd, then it would be current by all means.

at least you would never worry about monthly vb until your 485 approval
