關於I-131要不要附上EXPLANATION LETTER

好象PJiang和小白兔的看法不一樣. 他們都是壇裏的權威, 看到他們的意見不一致咱心裏很沒底.做了點功課,好象是找到了答案,大家來探討一下吧.

If you are in the US:
1. A copy of any USCIS issued document indicating your current status in the US, AND
2. An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstance that warrant issuance of an advance parole document (not required in next 2 circumstances described below); OR,
3. If you have already filed i-485….a copy of I-797, receipt of filing I-485
4. ……


從這段話是不是可以得出這個結論: 如果你在FILE I-131之前,已經先FILE I-485並收到了RECEIPT,那就不需要EXPLANATION LETTER; 如果你是和485一起FILE I-131,那就需要.
