ask Xiaobaitu and Pjiang: EAD based on denied Eb1a

I have an EAD based on denied EB1a 140 (just got the decision). Now I want to submit my 485 on my NIW 140, do I need attach a copy of all documents related to the denied case, e.g. I797s for 140, 485, 765 and EAD?
