Thank you very much for the suggestion. Actually there is one thing I didn't mention. My atternoy will send me the package for my signature. Then I send it back to him and he will send it to USCIS. So it's hard for me to make sure he has sent the package.

BTW, I heard that USPS may not be able to deliver packages to USCIS b/c their mailbox is full. If I send my package on 8/15 and it reaches USCIS after 8/17, is it considered as filed on or before 8/17? Thanks
