Thank you for the reply. I do have an employment letter and a copy of I-140 approval notice but don't have the permission from my atternoy.

After seeing June VB, I prepared everything and sent to him on 6/21 for review. He did receive it on 6/22. Several days ago I sent an email asking my status and received a reply saying that they are doing it, do not inquire and just wait. I can understand they have a large amount of cases right now but I really do not want to lose this opportunity(I know in my company some people lost some opportunities before b/c the attorney couldn't finish it in a certain time period, but I forgot the details).

Now one month has passed since I sent him the material. I am worrying that he may not be able to finish it on time. That's way I want to do it myself. However to have his permission is not a easy job for me. Thank you again for the reply.
