Dear ALL,

I am stuck with a permnent position, still prevailing wage pending, but I have to get out of the application in the end of this month for Eb1b. In this situation, only the department head from this University can sign the petition letter, and the case will go to Texas.

Anybody has the experience if the texas center will challenge or rufuse the position signature from depertment head??? any similar situation?
