if you don't need ead/ap, then don't apply them if you have h/l/k/v visas

the advantage of ead is that you can work for multiple employers and you don't need your next employer to sponsor anything for you.

if you are certain you are going to stay with current employer, no travel, and you couldn't get reimbursement for the ead/ap fees, you should forget about ead/ap
