Ok, the ND of I140 is related with your PD

Your ND of I485 is related with the processing time or date of what time of processing your I485.

Let me have an example here
if, just if,

Dr. A filed his I140 and I485 at the same time, say, Aug 1st, 2006 at TSC, now his I485 has tje chance to be processed.
Dr. B filed his I140 Agu 1st, 2006 at TSC also, but his I485 filed later than his 140, although both Dr A and Dr.B have the same PD, but Dr. B's I485 may not have chance to be processed yet....
