Please read it to see if your attorney is "來者不拒者", because you said "my lawyer did not suggest to co-file 485 because my case is not very strong".

I would not say it's a good sign even your attorney is not confident. If you don't need AP/EAD is seeing future, don't submit I-485 unless your I-693 costs more than I-485, in which case you save a little.
