when I filed new EB2's 140 last week, the legal assistant didn't include a copy of the early EB3's 140 approval and said that it wasn't needed. I'm wondering if she is right.

So I should just wait for the approval of EB2's 140 and send a bright-yellow letter writing "XFER PD" and attach copy of two 140 approvals to the CIS center where my 485 is being processed?

then the RD should still be July 2 and PD upgraded from EB3 to EB2, right?
