gc2020, help with porting PD please!

Thank you for answering my questions on two 140 the other day.

I filed EB3's 485 on July 2 and EB2's 140 last week. You mentioned that I can link my pending I-485 to the approved EB2 I-140. When the legal assistant sent my EB2's 140, she didn't include a copy of Eb3's 140 approval notice. Then can I still port the EB3 PD?

so how can I link my pending I-485 to the approved EB2 I-140? any form? where can I find such info? Thanks a lot!
