Nice friend, thanks for the reply. Just found out

that the case receipt number in the web site was not hers. Did I put the wrong receipt number? I can hardly believe it.

It is XXX484 vs XXX104, not even close, right? But the received date is the SAME so i had no doubt until i looked at receit number on the original hard copy receipt from USCIS.

I used the correct receit number and did a phone query. Here case is still pending!

What shall i say? My guess is USCIS system had some error.
