如果有AP，就不需要回國在申請簽證了嗎？
You don't have to. If you want to use AP, then no more visa needed. You may still apply for H1 if that's what you want.

如果用了AP， 是不是我的H1-B就作廢了？對勞工的申請有沒有負麵的影響？
If you use it , it puts a stop on your H1-B timer. You may transfer back to H1B status at a later time if you need to do so. No negative effect on your hu*****and's application. dependent is just dependent.
