I have five months, starting May 1 :-(
What did your lawyer say about the impact of filing F-2 on H-1B? Will it in-validate the approved H-1B? Do you plan to have another change from F-2 to H-1B afterwards? Two lawyers I spoke to mentioned "last action rule" saying that F-2 would be my final intent and final status, which really scared me off. What do you think?
