however, are u really sure. based what i saw in this forum's post before and i also ck the regulation. ppl can file h1b extension over 6 yrs with a approved 140 Only because "the immigrant visa number is not available for him/her due to the visa retrogression (not eligible to file I-485 due to visa number issue)"

If I file 485, the above condition seems unable to be met....
