Ask xiaobaitu: do I need report denied case in my 485?

My EB1a case was denied recently. Now I want to submit 485 for my NIW 140.

1. Should I report my Eb1a 140 and 485 denied? If yes, do I need attach the copies of both my receipt and decison of deny?

2. Also do I need change address for the denied case?

3. In G325A, should I make a copy of my EAD based on the denied Eb1a?
