I changed my visa in Mexico

two years ago. I don't know whether it has been changed since 9.11. But I am glad to share my experience with you. The visa officers there are much nicer than those in China. Just remember to bring all the required documents and be confident during the interview. I think it also depend on your luck sometimes.
