XiaoBaiTu and other experts, please help me out!

Currently I'm using EAD and my hu*****and is using H1B (non-profit) and he has EAD card. My 485 has been pending for two years and I'm the primary applicant. Now, my hu*****and's boss told him that they didn't get next year's funding and proposed my hu*****and a part time job for the same project.
My questions are:

1. Can my hu*****and work for a part time job using H1B?
2. Can he work for the part time job using EAD?
3. If he doesn't accept the offer, that means stay at home, will it impact his green card.
