請教小白兔, jiang老師- Is it required to submit a PWD for H-1B 3 Yrs R

Since I need to help my employer file my H-1B renewal petition (3 Yrs), I am preparing all the paperwork for him except that PWD. The State DOL SWA sets the very higher standard for PWD.

My question is, is it required to submit LCA with a PWD? If it is, what should I do?
