Radiology, Please have a look and give some advice

My 485 case just got approved (i'm the primary applicant), but my spouse's did not.
She called and was told that she has no chance to get a visa number before this Oct.
That's strange, because we filed 485 in a same binder, how could I got visa number but she could not?
