I-140 check list question. Thanks.

I've been preparing for filing I-140 lately but am not sure about the Financial Statement / Tax Return / Annual Report in the check list. Since I have a teaching job in a university, I was wondering what these documents should be. If anybody has some similar experience, I would appreciate very much if you could give me some ideas about these documents.
