我綠卡剛批,在美國國內工作. 正準備為國內小孩FILE I-824. 請問Part 2 中的選項 C , D, 我應該選C還是 C和 D 同時選中? 謝謝

D USCIS to send my approved immigrant visa to the National Visa Center (NVC).
