I am going to apply EB1. My title is scientist, working in a professor lab. When I draft a referemce letter instead of the professor/boss, !) Can we say that Dr good man currently work in the lab directed by me? 2) Or we have to say Dr Good Man currently work with me in the same group?

if we say 1), does this affect EB1 evaluation?
