SO YOU THINK I CAN USE THE AP TO GO HOME AND COME BACK, DO NOT NEED WORRY the stupid the h1b? i don't want renew it either, too much trouble, even if my i-140 will be refused(the possiblity is very low?) i can still renew my EAD to reapply the i-140?
