我覺得，從邏輯上說。 大部分簽證在485 pending時不能離境。所以，在AP pending時，也不能離境。 但如果H1B 不存在485 pending時不能離境的問題，那AP pending不能離境的問題也應該不存在。當然隻是我的想法。
