My case has been delayed long time (3.5 years) due to the name check. On 7/2/07, I went to Infopass, still got the answer that "name check pending". I have not got the 2nd FP notice yet. With these information, do you think they will directly prove the case? I hope I will be as lucky as you -- an approval notice will follow.
