i noticed
1. approved 7/11, instead of " ordered the cards", which means cis continues granting the approvals

2.the pd of this case should be Feb 2007, supposed both are from Mainland China, it means cis allocated the vb NO. to them based on vb bulletin of July, i believed that happened on 7/1, the weekend!!
