Quit PHD and go for the H1

PHD is a way of this faculty to get cheap labor. You do more work and get less paid. And finally, you get a PHD degree after working 5+ years like a slave. Then, so what? If you can not find a faculty position, a PHD is not different from a master or bacholor.

But if you like a title of PHD anyway, go for it.
