NIW I-485 Approved in TSC (18 months from I-140 Sub)

Thanks to God!

I received email notice yesterday that both mine and my wife's I-485 (NIW) were approved and new card ordered.

Here is some information to share:


NIW 140 (DIY): ted 1/28/2006,
RFE: 03/15/2006,
Responded (Lawyer): 05/24/2006,
Approved: 06/13/2006

I-485 (with wife, DIY): ted: 8/23/2006 (transfered to TSC later)
Finger Print (Code 3): 09/12/2006
RFE (myself): 11/03/2006, responded 11/05/2006
Approved (both): 7/11/2007
