回複：you can't choose Judge, prepare for the response

In the letter the court sent to me, it asks me to consent or not consent the new assignment of a magistrate judge to my case, which should have been taken care by a district judge. It seems I have right to reject the offer if I don't like it. I will go to pacer to find the new judge's history in handling similar cases. Do you think it helps?
