i don't know why. I keep sending letters to senators, congressmen, first lady, director of FBI, USCIS etc. no matter whether get feedback. I think they are cleaning up backlogs. Actually we can call to request expedite. we had a LUD at 06/30. I think if they want to process your case, they can find some visa numbers.
