why they send expediate request for NC suddenly ?

Did you file WOM ? Otherwise, they just passively wait FBI's NC result (I have a friend, with NC pending for 5 yrs, only got it after filed WOM). If they expediate without WOM, they probably try to clean some overdue cases to take the advantage of the July visa crisis ? If that's true, probably they already allocate visa for your pending I485.
