Delivered to NSC on June 12. Transferred to TSC. Check cashed on July 2. Retrieved case numbers on the back of check and checked the status on line, which says they send out the receipts on July 2. Still the receipts have not arrived.

It seems two things have caused the delay in my case: 1. Transfer 2. July 4 weekend.
