We have to travel to Canada in August. The thing is our lawyer ted our I-485 application at the end of June to make sure it is received on 7/2. (Our PD is 3/14/2006). It is still unclear if the application is going to be returned or not. My question is: can we travel with H-1B visa without any trouble? Do we need to make an appointment with US consular in Canada to get a visa back to US?
