Help me deicide whether or not to go back China, please!!!!!

Maybe I have only one chance to see my mother with lung and heart disease. Both my mother and I think she will pass away in a few months.
But I difficultly decide whether or not go back China, because of 3 reseans:
1. There are 4 heptatitis B in my big family
2. My wife has to take care of 2 sons, one 6 years old, the other one 19 months
3. I will be possible checked, because I transferred here from other State with H1B
In addition, if I get check for visa, you know this year is last year of my H1B, I have to extend H1B with 140 approval (PD 3/22/06).
Please give me your suggestions!!!!!!!
