可以在ＬＡ領館給孩子申請中國護照嗎？


我和ＬＰ現在都是H1B,沒綠卡.兩個孩子都是美國出生,大的3歲,有美國出生證和護照,
曾經申請過中國旅行證(當時她的美國護照交到領館留底了),小的2個月,什麽證件還沒
有呢...

當時給大的申請旅行證時領館說因為父母沒有綠卡,所以孩子雖然在美出生,有美國護照
,仍被認為是中國公民....

1.不知在LA的中領館可以給孩子申請中國護照嗎?需要什麽材料?有人有經驗嗎?

2.給2個月的孩子申請旅行證需要什麽材料,一定要先把出生證___美國護照先申請下來
才能去辦嗎?
