請問小白兔, how long should I wait to get GC if my nc and fp were cle

I went to Senator Kennedy office in Boston 1 week ago and got a letter from his office that TSC told them the NC and FP were cleared. Do you think how long I should wait before I got my GC?

By the way, it seems that walking into Senator's office really worked - the people in the Senator office were really kind and helpful
