PD may be carried over!

I heard that if your I-140 has been approved, your PD can be carried
over to your new company. However, your new company still need to file
PERM and I-140 for you. After your second I-140 has been approved, you
can use your first PD to file I-485.

This means if you have two I-140 approved, you can use your earlier
PD.
