Whether it is going to win or not is dependent on case law, statute and constitutional powers, and the judge/jury. Whether to sue is a check of everyone's conscience. How many qualified people are not suing because they are afraid of retaliations? Or they are simply waiting for free ride?

Someone said not to mention 6.4 green card. why not? At least back then there are Chinese who lobby congress to get the bill passed. Many who did not participate any in the lobbying but first to send out their petitions to adjustment of status is the one I am looking down. And I suspect because most of naturalized Chinese Americans are the latter ones who rode the free ride, after almost two decades Chinese Americans still at the lowest in the political tower. Naive, if you are not naive, get your butt over there and vote! Get your unfavored congressman out of the politics! Or do you not know what congressman is? LOL
