律師於上星期五又收到RFE。他還沒有寄給我。但他看過RFE。他的e-mail是:

"。。。The problem here is that your petition would have been approved at
the Texas Service Center. The inmates are in charge of the Nebraska Service
Center. My colleagues from around the country hate to deal with the NSC
because they are so difficult and negative. I have reviewed the RFE and,
frankly, do not know what to tell you."
