回複：Infopass answer on name check status

I myself don't take answers from infopass with 100% confidence. I got different answers from the same local office when I did infopass the recent two times. First time when I went there, I was told my case was transferred from TSC to local office. Since I didn't receive the transfer notice in the following one month, I went there again yesterday, and was told by another madam that there is no record about the case transfer and my case has been and is still pending in TSC.
