Post again- I-765 apply or not??? Help

I-140 (EB2) approved. Priority date is over one year ago.. Is it worth filing EAD with I-485? My employer is a good US company... They want me work there for more years... My hu*****and is US citizen.. So do you think I need to file EAD??? Thanks!
