請教 from EB1-Denial to Appeal

140 EB1 (filed on my own) was denied two days ago.

I would like to ask you--the experts about the appeal process. (I have decided to appeal.)
1. Shall I hire an attorney to do this?
2. Any attorney you would recommend?
3. Do people get approval for appeal cases in general?

I have been very saddened. Any help from you will be greatly appreciated.
