Thanks a lot, Nonpro. Do you know usually how long will it take for a follow-to-join case in GuangZhou if I started the I824 application now?

Also, if my wife apply H1 to come, does she need to file her own I140 before she can apply for the I485? What will happen if she lose the H1 status after the filling of I485? After she come here on H1, can she still use the follow-to-join benefit?
