The question is if you applied EAD before, would you answer "Yes" (OPT) and "No" (I-485)?
Both EADs are employment authorization and use the same form. I don't understand "OPT EAD not eq 485 EAD". There is no such OPT EAD or 485 EAD, just EAD.
