The annual per country limit is 25,620

The annual per country limit for EB1 + EB2 is 14,654

40,000 refers to the global availability. If say there are only 1000 German applied adjustment of status in the current fiasco year so far, the leftover visa numbers will not carry over to the other countries.

So, how many visa numbers of the total 40,000 is for Chinese EBs?
