I think you are pretty safe because your I485 has been pending for more than 180 days.Even your ex-employer revokes its support of your application.

But you should find a similar job as soon as possible in case USCIS queries your employment status.

I guess you need not worry about H1 transfer. Just use your EAD and you may have much better chance of finding a job. Do not tell me that you did not apply for the EAD to save 180 bucks.
